Writs are a currency limited to players (reference to a specific past currency rule, as currencies are repealed). 2. There's a Writ Pool. When started, there are N writs in the pool, where N is the number of players. 3. A player CAN take a writ from the writ pool if e has not done so in the past (month/30 days). (opt-in; everyone can grab one in plenty of time then get extas a month later). 4. When a new player arrives, I SHALL offer em a Writ in a timely manner. If e accepts, I'll create one and give it to em; otherwise I'll create one in the pool. 5. Whenever there's a CFJ to be assigned, it's assigned to players with probability proportional to the number of writs they have. 6. I can generally fiddle with writs to match the spirit of this "contest".
