I don't think that worked as you didn't post to a PF.Which is just as well, as reducing Quorum down to the level of people who are actually going to play _is_ an essential part of the usual process of getting Agora back up off the ground.
Also, the other two objectors only objected to their _own_ inactivity, afaict.
