Technical concern: If you repeal R105 towards the beginning, does that prevent everything that comes after it from working? Might need to think about implementation order here. Also, do you happen to have created a copy of what the full ruleset would look like with this? It would be a v. interesting read. At a glance, I'd only defend 2 bits: Cantus Cygneus, just because it's a good if rarely used letting-off-steam valve, and R103 is a good (and ancient) marker for putting in a political leadership role when/if we want one, even if it's a placeholder "Agora needs no Speaker". I got halfway through re-writing R's 101, 2125, and other definitional/ structural stuff (some of the stuff you didn't touch). I'll post what I've got later tonight. -G.
