Good thinking. I'll make it so Frozen lowers Voting Limit to 0, and people will only come off frozen if they vote (not for any public post). Activity is kind of weird right now, it only stops judging and voting, it doesn't prevent other kinds of requirements from accruing. Since judging is already covered by Posture, might as well make activity only pertain to voting. -G.
