So is agora-discussion (the same sort of forum, in fact), and it was ruled not illegal for me to select a confusing nickname for the purposes of Agora XX. (Admittedly, I tried to make it clear that that wasn't intended for the purposes of Agora as a whole.) I'd argue, though, that nicknames on ##nomic are being selected for the purpose of Freenode; many Agorans have different nicknames over there. -- ais523
