Community service can do a reasonable approximation of an equity adjustment, iff there is a Rule clause (or way to construe) that breaking an agreement is in fact some kind of rules violation. After the discussion, the consensus is that there isn't any violation - which is what I thought, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.
