Hmm. If this is a statement about the lack of votes and an attempt to fix it, a simpler fix might be just making it easier to find the Promotor's posts. The way proposals are distributed at the moment, sort-of only half-paying attention, I often miss distributions; reminders would increase the chance, really. (FWIW, I typically use Murphy's website to determine whether there are cases I need to judge, which is why I'm not forgetting about those too.) -- ais523
