Opinions sought. Should this pass:
> In the rule "Ribbons", replace the sentence "Ownership of Ribbons is
> restricted to players." with "Ownership of Ribbons is restricted to
> first-class players. If a Ribbon is owned by an entity that is not a
> first-class player, it is destroyed."
Considering R2166:
> If
> an asset's backing document restricts its ownership to a class
> of entities, then that asset CANNOT be gained by or transferred
> to an entity outside that class, and is transferred to the Lost
> and Found Department if it is owned by an entity outside that
> class.
Which would happen first, destroyed or LF&D? I'm guessing LF&D takes
precedence.
Also, does this:
The Lost and Found department may own any asset, and have assets
transferred to and from it, regardless of the asset's backing
document or any Rule, Rules to the contrary notwithstanding.
prevent the destruction of rubles belonging to the LF&D? I'm guessing
not.
I think the result would be golem -> LF&D -> destruction. Sound right?
