I thought of this, but realized it implied that the "copy" could be sent after the fact, even long after the fact! I also agree that self-ratification has papered over any previous issues, I was thinking in the context of "if/when we move agoranomic" (I don't know if the Rule had this form the last time we added a PF). -G.
