Hi immercify,

Welcome to Agora. The very basics: everything is done by sending a
message to a public forum (usually [email protected]). The
rules are usually kept up to date at
http://agora.qoid.us/current_flr.html; they explain the actions it is
possible to take. Currently, there's not much gameplay to speak of.

Agora has a few different conditions for victory: uncovering a paradox
in the rules; going sufficiently long without "taunting the police";
winning any contest; and unilaterally possessing a majority of the
voting power on a single decision. There is no obvious way of
achieving any of these conditions.

Come to think of it, there's no obvious way of gaining any sort of
advantage at all, besides the small, ephemeral advantage that rubles
can provide. We should fix that.
