Wiktionary calls the spelling "cypher" an "alternative spelling"; the
OED gives the entry as "cipher | cypher, n.", which I assume means it
considers both spellings equally valid; and the etymology according to
the OED (not Harper's) seems to indicate there's no clear reason to
use one spelling over the other.

I think "Cypher" suits Agora better.
