You can't retract the NoVs.

These NoVs are currently Contested due to the court cases you raised (the
above message was ambiguous in retracting the court cases IMO).  You can 
retract the court cases, in which case the NoVs remain Contested.  Which
is fine; Contested NoVs are considered "on hold" unless someone raises
another court case about them.
