Not a literal GUID, I hope. I suggest the distributor SHOULD provide a reasonably unambiguous identifier (e.g. eir nickname plus the date e announced intent, plus a sequence number if e announces multiple intents on the same day) and the Promotor SHALL assign an ID number ASAP.
