No, but they do take on "standard definitions" of conditional, possibly tending towards mathematical (Definition Definitions) which do strongly suggest formal evaluation. Otherwise, why would we be worried all the time about generic non-vote conditionals splitting the platonic and pragmatic gamestates? -G.
