FYI: B's war judgement declared ineffective on a technicality. (I was
trying to appeal it on the grounds that the persons behind it didn't
discuss it in Agora first, nor use their Agoran roles in executing it.)

This fails as the judgment in question was IMPOSSIBLE. I purported to
change my posture to STANDING, but rule 101 states:
A player CAN flip eir posture to any non-standing value by
announcement.
The CFJ was not answered, and therefore cannot have been appealed.
