These offices require a massive amount of information to be tracked, it is inevitable that errors will arise. As comex has pointed out even with the benefit of automation I've made errors too. I think (were it not for the automation) that a lot of these errors would just go un-noticed....and maybe that's not a bad thing. However, because of the automation when it reveals an error the perfectionist in me requires that I CoE.
