The convention is to post to a-o if it's an officer duty mandated by a
rule, or to a-b for other actions. (With the occasional exception,
things posted to a-d have no effect; the things that do have effect
there are mostly things that could be done in private, e.g. consenting
to a contract.) However, note that the a-o/a-b distinction is only
custom, and there's no rules-based reason to pick one or the other.
(Violating conventions is often a useful tactic in nomic.)

Also, everyone will yell at you if you post to tue or yoyo while the
other lists are working correctly (without a very good reason). Again,
that doesn't mean it's ineffective, just unusual.
