We should bring back Boons: "a Boon for meritorious action of [N notes or new currency] may be given to a player by a judge finding that the action is deserving, with Agoran Consent". [This can be done by proposal now, this makes it a formal process so more likely to be used; the combination of a random judge finding it deserving and agoran consent should protect abuses so the purse can be made fairly sizeable]. -G.
