I reconstructed this from events since the last herald's report, thinking that Wooble kicked of root (thinking root had deregistered); but root was active at the time of Wooble's ascension. I believe actual result is that Tiger now kicks off root (now truly gone), and then Murphy kicks off OscarMeyr for the same net result (below).
