The skunk (if resolved quickly) would cancel all the pending score
resets. However, if no skunk is declared then there will be three
score resets back to back leading most all scores (except those of the
winners, who have the opportunity to earn points this week) will be
set to 0 (instead of to 20% of their previous values, as the score
index would intend).
