At the time of the Town Fountain, "to dance" had a cultural significance
of public by-announcement performance in Agora and could be used 
similarly to "to celebrate" in CFJ 2149.

Whether that cultural significance (that has died out in general and
a minority of current Agorans would remember) means that it still works
or it collides with yasacisaisidtid is left as an exercise.  I, for one, 
applaud ehird's tribute to the ancient Agorans.
