At the time of the Town Fountain, "to dance" had a cultural significance of public by-announcement performance in Agora and could be used similarly to "to celebrate" in CFJ 2149. Whether that cultural significance (that has died out in general and a minority of current Agorans would remember) means that it still works or it collides with yasacisaisidtid is left as an exercise.
