Yes. Very much. I am laughing because it was the system in place in 2006- 2008 (I submitted the proposal but others helped) however it was unpopular because it took too much work and wasn't punitive enough for some (and it could, admittedly, be arbitrary) and "I hate equity" became the rule of the day and it was replaced with Rests. So I wouldn't expect my liking it means that others will. -G.
