1. This is a public contract. 2. The name of this contract is The Game. 3. Any player CAN become a party to this contract by announcement. Any party to this contract CAN cease to be a party by announcement. 4. The contestmaster is known as the Dealor. 5. The Dealor CAN amend this contract without party objection. 6. There exists a private contract, entitled The Rules of the Game. The Dealor shall have complete knowledge of the text of The Rules of the Game. No other person shall be entitled to this complete knowledge. There is to be no discussion of the text of The Rules of the Game. 7. The Dealor may begin a Session by announcement, provided there is no Session currently in progress. A Session can end as specified elsewhere in this contract, or by the Dealor without objection. 8. There exist seven types of assets called A, B, C, D, E, F, and G, tracked by the Dealor. At the beginning of each Session, one of each of these assets is created in the possession of each party, except the Dealor. If a player becomes a party to this contract while a Session is in progress, one of each of these assets is created in the possession of that player. 9. Immediately after a Session begins, a Round begins. Rounds end 72 hours after they begin. When a Round ends, a new Round begins, provided there is a Session in progress. 10. During each Round, any party can generally spend exactly one asset by announcement; however, this is subject to the allowance of The Rules of the Game. 11. The Dealor CAN create or destroy assets in the possession of any player, but SHALL only do so as specified by this contract or The Rules of the Game. 12. When a player has no assets, as defined by The Rules of the Game, e may properly declare the fact that e has won The Game. When this occurs, the Dealor shall award the maximum number of points as permitted by the rules to the winner and the current Session ends. The Dealor SHALL then reveal the text of The Rules of the Game to the winner (and no others) and CAN and SHALL flip the Dealor to be the winner.
