I'm not sure ais523 didn't publish those NoVs. Contracts are not omnipotent-- they can only go so far in determining whether a person agrees for another to act on behalf of em. In this case ais523 clearly intended that Murphy could act on behalf of em, even though the contract didn't allow it due to a technicality.
