QFGT. A quick glance at the IBA, though, suggests that the Offer mechanism isn't entirely prepared to deal with the time delay inherent in this particular application. The contractor needs to wait for the SoA before completing the transaction. Also, I specifically wrote my pledge to allow others to use it rather than create their own, hopefully reducing the proliferation. Pavitra
