e retracted a while ago, so i feel like its hard to say e knew it was
coming.  If the known circularity in coppro->ehrid's votes was fixed
OR OscarMeyr had voted then it would have passed.  I think that the
doubling rule needs to be revamped though.


All I can say is I have professional ethics. When I'm bought, I stay bought.
