Completely indefinite storage of MWoP potential seems counterproductive. I'd support a system where anyone can cause someone else's medal to be cashed in if the person isn't on the MWoP list (so you can bank your win if you're already on the list, but once you're off anyone can put you back on the list to prevent hoarding). -Goethe
