That serves me right for just doing this from memory when the memory of
the rule is ancient.  Though if I wanted to be pedantic, I'd ask if
it was possible for a registrar to do eir required job without tracking 
a fairly unambiguous ID for each player.

This probably answers the question anyway.  I think we were hoping for
more disagreement but Agorans are strangely self-organizing when it comes
to practicality (and the need to enter *something* in a database I guess).
