The fallout of the scam was reversible -- and reversed -- oligolaterally by the scamsters. This requires more players than just Wooble to fix. "A proposal of appropriate power" is the single most difficult condition in Agora to fulfill. Even "Without Objection" can be circumvented with a proposal of appropriate power. Pavitra
