I still don't think precedent supports performing future conditional actions this way-- (I have a Note --> I destroy it) may unambiguously translate into either (I destroy a Note) or () if it's generally known whether I have a note at the time of the message, but (I have a note tomorrow --> I destroy it) does not unambiguously and clearly specify any single action.
