It is accessible; and forums don't become deforumed just because they're temporarily inaccessible. (a-b and a-d have gone down before now, but they came back up later; your argument would imply they currently aren't Public Forums.) I'll send a CFJ on the forumness of a-b/a-d to one of the backup lists, just in case a-b/a-d /aren't/ forums... -- ais523
