This is a direct error on my part resulting from me mis-remembering the 
order of things - I thought AAA lost contest status before (not after) 
Taral's time limit expired, so that the Inquiry CFJ/uncertainty defense 
was warranted at the time of the time limit.   ais523's opinion corrected 
me, but it was too late to change my OVERRULE (and OscarMeyr followed my 
lead).  I tried to fix it here:

I sincerely apologize.  I should have checked directly.  It was clearly
an inappropriate judgement on my part and I would not object to being
penalized for it (if it can still be construed as a rules breakage).
