This is a direct error on my part resulting from me mis-remembering the order of things - I thought AAA lost contest status before (not after) Taral's time limit expired, so that the Inquiry CFJ/uncertainty defense was warranted at the time of the time limit. ais523's opinion corrected me, but it was too late to change my OVERRULE (and OscarMeyr followed my lead). I tried to fix it here: http://www.agoranomic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/private/agora-business/2009-March/018705.html I sincerely apologize. I should have checked directly. It was clearly an inappropriate judgement on my part and I would not object to being penalized for it (if it can still be construed as a rules breakage). -Goethe
