It was useful for the brief time that a few folks were actually interested
in "equity = actual equity = Agora as equity contract(sorta)" but it became
pretty unworkable when we tended back to "I hate equity, this is nomic,
scams are the norm and we don't want to consider intent". I'm ok with that
choice, but since that choice has become clear, partnerships have ceased to
be true equity partnerships in which responsibilities are devolved and are
now "just another scam instrument/Agoran construct" which have run their
course. As far as I know, the Pineapple Partnership never violated the
Agoran contract and devolved its responsibilities just fine.

It really is a pity about the PNP. That was the one that was functioning
as envisioned. If the recently-raised equity case shows that the PNP is
able to regulate itself with Agoran equity as a tool, I'd consider that
we haven't wholly failed and that it's worth re-electing it. I'll wait
and see.

[Note: Bayes fits in another category altogether, which is "striving to be
a natural person" It would be interesting to see if we could refactor
and create a "type" of contract known as a "proto-AI" or something, with
the requirement that such AIs must function with a specifically limited
amount of human intervention. Dunno how we would enforce that though.]
