I suggest leaving the third paragraph mostly as it is, changing the first paragraph to say, "A Senator is generally any first-class player who has been registered continuously for the immediately preceding sixty days; however, a player's status as a Senator can be otherwise changed", and just changing the third paragraph to say "a senator is generally . . ." --Warrigal
