I'm worried that the Notary wiki actually makes it real-world legally
impossible for me to do my job as Notary.

The Wikidot terms of service prevent any form of automatic scraping that
isn't specifically permitted by Wikidot themselves:
{{{
6. any automated use of the Services that is not officially available;
this includes reading, posting or changing any Content, sending Messages
and any other such use; this does not include RSS feeds access
}}}
(under "Other prohibited usage include:").

The only ways, therefore, to get a mass dump of all the public contracts
in Agora (a required job of the Notary) are to either copy them all by
hand (ridiculously time-consuming given Wikidot's interface), or to work
from an automated system that wikidot does allow. It seems to have some
sort of backup-to-text capability that might give us the scraping that
we need, but I can't access it and therefore can't do my job as Notary.
(This may be a useful way to move content off wikidot to some other
system, if we decide to change.)

I strongly suggest that we move to a contract-maintenance system that
does not make it legally impossible for the Notary to do their job. Any
ideas?
