Officers can be replaced or deputised for, so failure on their part to publish reports isn't the worst crime, especially if they're keeping the information up to date on the web. Reports should still be posted to the list for archival reasons, but considering that w1n5t0n has been a player for less than two months... please, DISCHARGE.
