With support and without 2 objections in 4 to 14 days, I intend to send the following public message to Agora on behalf of DiploNomic: "With Agoran Consent, DiploNomic intends to register." (Don't go supporting and objecting yet, Agorans; DiploNomic hasn't announced intent yet.) I believe that if Agoran Consent is achieved, I'll be allowed to perform this dependent action myself. --Warrigal
