Assuming no further changes to castes:
* Promotion to Alpha will be a random decision between ais523 and
Wooble.
* Taral will be promoted to Beta.
* The resulting members of Beta will be the Taral and randomly one of
(Bayes, Murphy, OscarMeyr). All the rest will be demoted to Gamma,
and somebody will get busted either all the way from Beta to Delta,
or not make it out of Delta. Whoever loses this draw at least should
be immune from being busted to Epsilon.
