This is the standard interpretation, even in the case of accidentally incorrect voting results. However, each of the voting results I published was intended to be correct; although some were not due to my mistake, depending on some obscure interpretation issues (Vote Market, proposal vs. decision) I believe that my most recent one worked as expected.
