This is why I hate equity. Having been thwarted in their attempts at mousetrapping BobTHJ, ehird and wooble are now forced to pay em damages!? I recommend ehird or Wooble call a new equity case, stating that their amended Protection Racket was clearly not envisioned as an entrapment scheme for them. I suggest an appropriate judgement for this case would be to require BobTHJ to transfer 10 VP to ehird and wooble (split between them evenly).
