Nevertheless, while the AE is much, much harder to invade legislatively than Agora, it does lay claims to land that can be challenged, such as with wargames, including Warhammer 40K (http://www.aericanempire.com/army.html). It has fought in this way before (see http://aericanempire.com/history.html), but claims to avoid it (http://www.aericanempire.com/rob.html, http://www.aericanempire.com/warlaw.html). In any case, it would be an embarrassment for Agora to be recognized in any sort of inferior context by Aerica.
