I think I failed to pass this one along until now. For the record, I started this ball rolling because (a) pikhq expressed an interest in seeking micronation status (before e got eaten by college) and (b) the AE seemed likely to bother giving us a second look. I also suggest that Pavitra's arguments be forwarded to the AE for consideration.
