I think I failed to pass this one along until now.

For the record, I started this ball rolling because (a) pikhq expressed
an interest in seeking micronation status (before e got eaten by
college) and (b) the AE seemed likely to bother giving us a second
look.  I also suggest that Pavitra's arguments be forwarded to the AE
for consideration.

Then may I ask why you are the one who initiated communication? I am
happy to speak with anyone but I find this peculiar.

The Empire would always be happy to consider reversing a decision. That
said, given that even a brief review of your rules set reveals numerous
references to games, players, and even victory conditions, I am
uncertain if you would be able to make sufficient changes. I personally
would nost ask you to make such changes, as they would entail a complete
and utter change in your, shall we say, national identity. You have a
fine and impressive game of Nomic, but I do not believe you have a
structure conducive to being a political entity. Should you wish to
surprise me and prove me wrong, you are certainly welcome to do so.
