It was never a contract (because ehird didn't agree to it until after that message); I simply (publicly) ceased to intend to form a contract with ehird with that text. Considering that ehird posted purporting to agree to that lopsided contract barely a minute after the above, I'm glad I didn't take the time to explain that in the message ;)
