I'm aiming to get EXCUSED on the resulting court case. This means I have to try all reasonable methods to fulfil the obligation first. I think attempting to terminate the contract in question is reasonable; if I weren't the Notary, I'd have asked the Notary to try. Also, agreed that anyone should be able to terminate contracts without objection. -- ais523
