It wasn't a scam. It was stated that 1 chit = 10 coins. ais523 was just fixing the
rates to be correct.

If possible I transfer a prop from ais523 to ehird for having to put
up with this scam again.

Considering I founded the PBA based on hostility to the RBoA's method of practice I'm
