Goethe's gratuitous arguments show that if an UNDEAD contract
currently exists wherein the Defendant has the aforementioned
responsibility under R2173, the Defendant has indeed understood and
carefully weighed the implications of revealing the notional contract
to the appropriate players. And if the contract does not currently
exist, the responsibility does not apply.
Fortunately, the two possible rulings have been condensed. I find
the Defendant INNOCENT.
