It wouldn't.  "to make (something secret or hidden) publicly or generally 
known" does not preclude the thing that we think is being made known
from being false; i.e. a "false revelation" is still a "revelation".  

Anyway, e didn't say the units e was measuring eir age in.  I think
e was using units of "a half of eir age" which makes this trivially
true.
