Given that Goethe unconsented after the end of the nomination period,
then as far as I can tell, your installation of Murphy works, but
regardless of the fact that you installed a candidate the election
happens anyway, with votes for Goethe made before e unconsented becoming
invalid but counting anyway. Rule 2154 is a real mess, we really need a
fixed version.
