Why? (That's not a "that's a bad idea" why, it's a "can you tell me the
reason, I'm curious" why.) I'd appreciate some reasoning if you plan to
remand it, if I don't get any guidance I'm likely just to judge the same
way again. I'd appreciate it if there were either instructions with the
remanding, or else a reassignment; I don't think I can give a better
judgement than the one I gave without some clues.
