The sequence of: 1. Newbie notices R104. 2. CFJs or asks if Michael could still be Speaker. 3. Has it explained. 4. Proposes an amendment or removal of 104. has been repeated at least 4 times since 2001 (I think I did it myself around 2002). One of those times, Michael treated us to a full chronicle of the first win that ended the first game. Anyway, it's kind of a tradition, like going back in time to kill Hitler. -Goethe
